The 3-Day Refresh was scientifically designed to help you:

At Summit 2014, it was announced that 3 Day Refresh would launch on June 23, 2014. I was so excited to hear that we’d have a new program available that was simple and easy to follow and could be a great way for people just starting their journey to get started and for people like ME, to get back on track after a vacation or weekend of binging!

After 6 days in Vegas, Ryan and I desperately needed this so immediately committed to start this as soon as we got back from Summit along with our friends Chris and Joe. So as of June 24th, we began our journey, trying out this new program for the first time!



Day 1 – The beginning of the journey

DAY 1

Day 1 breakfast: 10 oz. water first thing. Frozen strawberries and Strawberry Shakeology blended. 8 oz of green tea. 

Ryan: 10 oz. of water. Tropical Shakeology shaken with water. Fresh strawberries. Green tea. 

Snack: Fiber Sweep.


Lunch: Vanilla Fresh and strawberries and blueberries. Red bell pepper & hummus.

Ryan’s lunch: Vanilla Fresh and cherries. Celery and almond butter. 

Snack: Carrots and hummus

Ryan’s snack: Celery and almond butter.

Our Dinner: Vanilla Fresh blended with water and ice and coconut steamed veggies.


Update: Ryan is down 5 lbs. already. 


TMI: We have peed a million times today with after drinking over a gallon of water. 



DAY 2


Day 1 breakfast: 10 oz. water first thing. Chocolate Shakeology shaken with water and 12 strawberries. 8 oz of green tea. 

Ryan: 10 oz. of water. Tropical Shakeology shaken with water. Strawberries & Cherries. Green tea. 

Snack: Fiber Sweep.


Lunch: Vanilla Fresh blended with frozen cherries. Carrots and Hummus.

Ryan’s lunch: Vanilla Fresh and strawberries. Carrots and Hummus. 

Snack: Carrots and hummus

Ryan’s snack: Carrots and hummus

Dinner: Vanilla Fresh blended with water and Moroccan Carrot salad.

Ryan’s dinner: Vanilla Fresh blended with water and veggie stir fry.

Update: Ryan is hungry. I am craving meat, but we’re not miserable. 

DAY 3


Day 1 breakfast: 10 oz. water first thing. Chocolate Shakeology blended with water and a banana. 8 oz of green tea. 

Ryan: 10 oz. of water. Tropical Shakeology shaken with water. Cherries. Green tea. 

Snack: Fiber Sweep.


Lunch: Vanilla Fresh shaken with water. Carrots & Red Bell Pepper and Hummus. Apple.

Ryan’s lunch: Vanilla Fresh and apple. Carrots and Hummus. 

Snack: Carrots and hummus

Ryan’s snack: Celery and hummus

Dinner: Vanilla Fresh blended with water and Moroccan Carrot salad.

Ryan’s dinner: Vanilla Fresh Shaken with water and Carrots.

Update: Ryan is down 9 lbs. I am bloated and have only lost 1/2 lb. Today was challenging to a degree, as we were traveling and on the road.

I have been eating healthy for 2 months prior to starting the 3 Day Refresh, due to being part of the PiYo test group and honestly, my weight has never gone under 134-135 since having children. I feel that my body is at it’s ideal weight given my body structure and muscle structure, so that is why I didn’t see such a BIG change in my weight, as Ryan did. I am fine with that, I didn’t do this to lose weight, I did it, to clean out any junk out of my system after 6 days in Vegas and to test this new product out so that I knew what it was like so that I could help others while they complete it. 


One thing we noticed was that our body temperatures changed over the course of 3 days.

The same thing happened to me when I did Ultimate Reset each time. Probably due to all of the water we consumed (over a gallon a day). Water regulates your body’s temperature, among other things. 

I’m not gonna lie, it hasn’t been “easy”, but life isn’t about easy. It’s about challenges. It’s about trying new things. It’s about setting goals and feeling the sense of accomplishment when you cross the finish line. It’s about feeling good for yourself. It’s about being better than you were yesterday (or 3 days ago). It’s about caring for yourself.

September 25, 2015: 

I started last  Monday weighing in at a WHOPPING 156 lbs., which is MORE than I have ever weighed (not pregnant). It’s been a rough couple months, spent stressed out, between several different locations, lots of time wasted coping with unhealthy things instead of coping correctly (which I am doing now, thanks to therapy), lots of stress-eating and binge drinking, being hospitalized for week with little physical activity, new meds which I swear make me even hungrier than usual (I have a super fast metabolism and can out eat any man I know). 
I woke up Thursday morning weighing in at 148 lbs. and also lost 6.5″ (3″ off of my waist). 
This round has yielded the BEST results so far and helped me get back on track on healthy eating, healthy living, healthy choices and I feel better about myself. 
And the best thing is that days after completing the 3-day program, I am still maintaining the same weight. This morning I weighed in at 148.2.

It helped get me back on track. I have not missed a workout in 12 days and my eating has been 90% on point! 

I will be starting another round on the 13th of October when I return home from a Leadership in San Diego.
