FITNESS A.D.D. – Is it a real thing?
Do you struggle with your fitness because you get bored?

Those days are OVER. Those days are a thing of the past.
On July 18, 2017, shortly after I returned home from Summit (our annual corporate “get-together”) that was in New Orleans, Louisiana, I received an email from my friend & corporate contact Doug Moss. The email stated that I had been selected to be part of an exclusive TOP SECRET group. This group would be testing out a new at-home-fitness program. The email was vague other than this was a special, unique project and that the program would be targeting our ARMS, ABS & A$$. We didn’t even know who the trainer behind this new program was.
We were added to a secret group on Facebook. Over the course of a week, I kept seeing familiar and new faces in the group. There were so many of my coach friends that I have become good friends with over the past 5 1/2 years. I was so excited to be part of another test group.
The suspense was finally over, after almost a week of waiting. The Super Trainer we’d be working with for 80 days was none other than my friend Autumn Calabrese, creator of 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, Country Heat and co-creator of The Master’s Hammer and Chisel.
This is what she has to say about the program:
“I’m beyond excited for the program I am working on right now. We announced it two weeks ago, its the first of its kind in the industry and its only possible because of technology. The program is called 80 Day Obsession. Its functional strength and cardio training filmed in real time. Meaning every day for 13 weeks myself and my cast step into the gym and do our workout while it’s filmed. There are 3 phases to the program, each phase lasting a month, six workouts in each phase. Because we are filming every day, I am able to truly write a fitness program and apply periodization to the training process. There are essentially 80 different workouts. This would never be able to be packaged into a DVD set because it would be too costly but, because Beachbody On Demand exists, we can do it. It’s pretty exciting to know I’m the first in the industry to do it. There are no out takes; there are no do overs or breaks everything people see will be 100% real, authentic, training and they can train right along with us from their home.”
It is such an honor to be able to be one of the test group participants. It gives me a chance to really pay it forward to the company that changed my life. I will always proudly represent Beachbody with honor and integrity.

Now is the time to get prepared. It will be released via Beachbody on Demand on January 13, 2018.
You will need:
• A subscription to Beachbody on Demand
• A Yoga Mat
• A set of weights (beginner: 5, 10, 12; intermediate 10, 15, 20-25)
