Clean Week – Intro to a healthy lifestyle

I remember what it felt like to be a “beginner” when it came to fitness. I felt clueless and confused. I didn’t know where to start or how to start. The feelings of being overwhelmed and fear of failure is what prevented me from getting started. I wanted to lose weight. I knew the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition, but I lacked the confidence and knowledge to make the changes. I had tried things in the past, but never had much success and couldn’t seem to stick with anything for long because I didn’t see or feel any different.

The first week is always the hardest!

For the past few years, I have been hosting [teaching] 7-day online group for those who wanted to make changes but didn’t know how and/or were afraid to commit long-term until they saw some results.

In just 7 days, you CAN create healthy habits and routines that can lead to lasting change and a healthy lifestyle.

After working closely with some of us coaches in the Beachbody Coaching Network this past spring, our CEO, Carl Daikeler, decided to create a no-strings-attached entry level 7-day healthy eating + fitness program created for people who wanted to “try on” a healthy lifestyle for 7-days to see how it felt.

It allows us to introduce new people to our unique system of fitness, nutrition, and support and shows them how and why our system works.

My first Clean Week 7-day Group will begin on October 16.

I am looking for 5 brand new customers who are willing to commit for 7-days as we introduce you slowly to a healthy lifestyle and give you a glimpse of what it is like working with a coach.

You will receive:
  • 4 workouts via Beachbody on Demand [The 30-minute workouts focus on the foundations of tness—Cardio, Strength, Core Function, and Flexibility—to create a well-rounded fitness program for any level.]
  • A very simple meal plan [The Clean Week meal planner provides a step-by-step guide to Clean Eating for one week. This includes recipes for meals and Shakeology—with no deprivation! You will learn how to plan your meals, shop for healthy food, and prep food in advance so you’ll be ready for every meal all week long.
