Are you ready for Fight Club 2020?

I became a Team Beachbody customer in January 2012. It took less than 2 weeks for me to become a raving fan and after completing my first program, P90X I became a loyal customer for life. When I started my journey there were only a few programs available: Power 90, P90X, P90X2, Insanity, Insanity: The Asylum, TurboFire, Brazil Butt Lift, 10 Minute Trainer, RevAbs and Chalean Extreme and Hip Hop Abs. Since I began my journey we converted from DVD’s to streaming. When Beachbody on Demand was launched, a lot of people were resistant. I myself was hesitant, but the world we live in nowadays is all about INSTANT ACCESS and everything is now streamable through phones, tablets, laptops, smartv and things like AppleTV, ROKU, Google Chromecast, Amazon Firestick and anything you can access the internet through.

Now, in 2020, there are approximately 1,000 different workouts available on Beachbody on Demand and new workouts are continually being added each month. Beachbody on Demand has a lot of awesome features, such as a reality show, cooking show as well as several different audio versions (No Music, Spanish, Pumped Up Music, or mute within player). You can also easily switch the modifier on or off while in the player, change subtitle font size, color, and style to make text easier to follow and resume playback where you left off, so your workout won’t be interrupted.

You are probably wondering what 10 Rounds is?

10 ROUNDS: Coming Spring 2020!

Boxing gyms are all the latest rage – boxing is one of the best TOTAL body workouts you can do. But for some, stepping into a boxing gym can be pretty intimidating, at least for me … How about you? But the good news is that you now will be able to have a boxing gym  in your house!

Meet Joel , your trainer for 6 weeks. He is one of my favorite trainers and personal friends. From Core de Force to LIIFT4, I have been done all of Joels programs for years now!
Joel has been in the industry for over 15 years as a trainer, manager of a gym and program creator. He has a passion for teaching that really helps you master proper form in his programs – ensuring amazing results. He loves to combine cardio and strength and is just so motivating! What I love is that he is REAL. He admittedly doesn’t like to workout, but does anyway. Loves pizza and beer, but still eats healthy to maintain his incredible physique.

Joel will teach you how every move actually begins at your feet, moves up through your hips, uses your core, and explodes all the way through your fists. With every punch you use your entire body, scorching calories and toning. This program is built around the simple and precise movements of boxing without the impact! You won’t be using a sparring partner or hitting a heavy bag, instead you will train the way real boxers do with shadowboxing! 

The program is 6 weeks – 5 workouts a week. Totally doable, right?? The schedule contains 3 boxing workouts and 2 lifting workouts per week. The boxing workouts are broken up into 10 rounds that are 3 minutes each, focusing on punching combinations and footwork that progresses throughout the 6 weeks. The 3 boxing days are combined with conditioning drills that help build:

– Power
Speed/agility
Endurance

The two days of weightlifting workouts include:
Upper Body to build strength and power
Lower Body/Legs since every punch starts at your feet

And the best part is there is amazing music in every workout to help keep you moving and give you the energy to keep going! 🎵

I will be running two groups – my coach test group starting March 16th and my customers jumping in on April 6th! As soon as you purchase you will have access – no waiting period! The test group ladies will be able to help the 2nd wave with questions, give pointers and provide even more support! Meal plans, daily checks in and all of the motivation you could need will be provided! I love test groups- and cannot wait to start!
